PA Regulatory Commission to Vote on 'Sex Discrimination'

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission is scheduled to vote this week on a proposal by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission to change the definition of “sex” in sex discrimination cases to offer protection to people who are discriminated against based on their gender identity or sexual orientation.
