Plum Man Pulled Gun at Republican Meeting, Police Say

A man threatened several people with a gun at a Plum Borough Republican Committee meeting Thursday evening, police said. Eric Phillip Casteel, 62, was arrested at his Plum home Thursday. He ran for a seat on Allegheny County Council in 2021. Read Full Article »
