Unalterable Decisions in Fraught Realms of Life

Imagine attending a neighborhood party and seeing an adult behaving in a sexually provocative way — dancing, lifting her skirt, singing sexually explicit lyrics — and directing all of this toward a minor. What would you do or say in such a situation? I call it child abuse.
