Heavy Winds Knock Out Power to Residents Around W. PA

High-wind storms caused power outages in multiple counties across Western Pennsylvania early Sunday afternoon. More than 55,000 Duquesne Light customers were without power Sunday evening as heavy winds and rain rolled through Western Pennsylvania.
